POE is a thermoplastic elastomer which uses metallocene catalyst ethylene and octene to realize in-situ polymerization.
1. The soft chain crimp structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain as physical crosslinking point make it have excellent toughness and good processability.
2. There is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of Poe, so it has excellent aging resistance.
3. Poe has narrow molecular weight distribution, good fluidity and good compatibility with polyolefin.
4. Good fluidity can improve the dispersing effect of filler and the weld strength of the product.
1. It is mainly used for modifying and toughening PP, PE and PA in the automotive industry to make bumpers, fenders, steering wheels, gaskets and so on.
2. Wire and cable industry on the heat resistance and environmental resistance of high insulation layer and sheath. Also used in industrial products such as hose, conveyor belt, tape and molded products.
3. Medical devices and household appliances, stationery, toys, etc., as well as packaging film, especially suitable for low smoke halogen-free resistance fuel; Cosmetic, food and other hose packaging; Sport sole foam in the bottom, outsole, etc.; Flame retardant master material; Stretch film, winding film, all kinds of cling film; Also used in industrial pressing products such as hose, conveyor belt, tape and molding products.
