EVA is a copolymer of ethylene and acetic acid. The Chinese chemical name: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer, and the English chemical name: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer. EVA is a common kind of material in daily life. The finished product made of it has good softness, shock resistance, skid resistance and strong pressure resistance. Because EVA material has strong softness, chemical resistance and good elasticity, EVA has a wide range of applications, especially in the shoe industry, where it is used in the soles and interior materials of mid-to-high-end tourist shoes, hiking shoes, slippers, and sandals. It is also widely used in the field of new energy, such as photovoltaic materials and solar cell adhesives.

1. The main products of EVA with vinyl acetate content below 5% are films, wires and cables, LDPE modifiers, adhesives, etc.; 2. EVA products with vinyl acetate content between 5% and 10% are elastic films, etc.; 3. EVA with 20-28% vinyl acetate is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coating products; EVA is made by copolymerization of LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) and acetic acid (VA).

EVA is characterized by good softness, rubber-like elasticity, good flexibility, transparency and surface gloss at -50°C, good chemical stability, good anti-aging and ozone resistance strength, no toxicity. Good blending, coloring and molding processability with fillers.

1. It is widely used in foaming shoe materials, functional shed films, packaging molds, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, toys and other fields.
2. EVA products with vinyl acetate content between 5% and 10% are elastic films, etc.;
3. EVA with 20-28% vinyl acetate is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coating products;
4. Vinyl acetate content is 5%~45%. The main products are films (including agricultural films) and sheets, injection molding, molded products, foamed products, hot melt adhesives, etc.

The product is available either in 500-700 kgs plastic bags or in 25kgs craft paper bags. This product should be stored in the warehouse. Prevent moisture, prevent sun direct illuminate, the normal temperature in warehouse is not more than 35℃, and humidity is not more than 85%.
