Product Introduction:

Effficacy effect of our polyethylene PE wax

1. with good compatibility, to provide good internal and external lubrication, dispersion. Improve surface smoothness, promote plasticizing, demoulding and yield;

2. good dispersion emulsifier, release agent, improve flexibility and moisture resistance;

Applications:

PE wax is widely used in different industry, such as: modified plastic products, filler masterbatch, high quality masterbatch, PVC and PE WPC production, hot melt adhesive, PVC profiles,sheets, and pipes production, PVC compound stabilizer, cable filling, road marking paint, ink, rubber,paraffin products

PVC profile, pipe etc.

Excellent external lubricant in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fitting, foam board,WPC products, etc. It has good late-period lubricating ability, and will bring more glossy appearance and lower processing torque.

Color masterbatch

It is widely used as dispersant in color masterbatch processing. With polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resin has a good compatibility, and has a very good external lubrication and internal lubrication.

Rubber

As a rubber processing agent, it can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve the extrusion molding rate, increase the flow rate of the mold, facilitate demultification, and improve the surface brightness and smoothness of the product after demultification.

Wax work

Widely used in floor wax, auto wax, glazing wax, candles, crayons and other wax products in the production, to improve the softening point of wax products, increase its strength and surface gloss.

Package and Storage:

The product is available either in 500-700 kgs plastic bags or in 25kgs craft paper bags. This product should be stored in the warehouse. Prevent moisture, prevent sun direct illuminate, the normal temperature in warehouse is not more than 35℃, and humidity is not more than 85%.
