Product Introduction:
Poly (butylene adipate terephthalate) (PBAT) is a kind of biodegradable plastics, which is the most suitable to replace traditional plastic packaging bags, agricultural films and disposable appliances. The degradation cycle of PBAT is very short, with good heat resistance, impact resistance, ductility and elongation at break. The processing method of PBAT is similar to that of traditional LDPE.
Biodegradable polyester (PBAT) can be broken down by microorganism into CO2, H2O and high quality organic fertilizers within 180 days under composting conditions without generating any poisonous gas. It is the main raw material for biodegradable plastic films which can help reducing white pollution.
Biodegradable polyester (PBAT) is completely compostable according to various international standards and regulations like European standard EN 13432 and American Standard ASTM 6400, which will be eventually biodegraded to carbon dioxide, water and biomass when metabolized in the soil or compostable under standard conditions. Our resins are also certified by Ok Compost, BPI, ABAM, JBPA, FDA, EU Food Contact regulations, etc. Compared with other biodegradable plastics, PBAT has excellent mechanical performance, almost same as PP and ABS, good heat resistance and outstanding processability allow it to be variously processed on conventional blown film plants, it is the best biodegradable plastic in terms of processability in current market and can be blended with a great quantity of calcium carbonate and starch etc. to produce cost effective products.

Raw Mterial: PTA, BDO,AA(tereph-thalic, 1 , 4-butanediol, adipic acid)
Shopping bag, packaging bag, mulch film, 3D printing, disposable tableware, medical supplies, etc.
Package and Storage:
The product is available either in 500-700 kgs plastic bags or in 25kgs craft paper bags. This product should be stored in the warehouse. Prevent moisture, prevent sun direct illuminate, the normal temperature in warehouse is not more than 35℃, and humidity is not more than 85%.
