Product Introduction:
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a synthetic resin using a high pressure process via free radical polymerization of ethylene and is therefore also called “high-pressure polyethylene”. Since its molecular chain has many long and short branches, LDPE is less crystalline than high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and its density is lower. It features light, flexible, good freezing resistance
and impact resistance. LDPE is chemically stable. It has good resistance to acids (except strongly oxidizing acids), alkali, salt,excellent electrical insulation properties. Its vapor penetration rate is low. LDPE has high fluidity and good processability. It is suitable for being used in all types of thermoplastic processing processes, such as injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, rotomolding, coating, foaming, thermoforming, hot-jet welding and thermal welding

Applications:
The scope of application of low-density polyethylene: suitable for food packaging such as seasonings, cakes, sugar, candied fruit, biscuits, milk powder, tea, fish floss, etc. Packaging of medicines such as tablets and powders, and packaging of fiber products such as shirts, clothing, knitted cotton products and chemical fiber products. Daily chemical products packaging such as washing powder, detergent and cosmetics. Due to the poor mechanical properties of the single-layer PE film, it is usually used as the inner layer of the composite packaging bag, that is, the heat-sealable substrate of the multilayer composite film
Package and Storage:
The product is available either in 500-700 kgs plastic bags or in 25kgs craft paper bags. This product should be stored in the warehouse. Prevent moisture, prevent sun direct illuminate, the normal temperature in warehouse is not more than 35℃, and humidity is not more than 85%.
